「Hotel Villa Sarah was one of the highlights of our vacation. The property was immaculately clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we are still dreaming of the capuccinos at breakfast. Our room faced out to the open sea, overlooking the backside of Capri, over the Marina Piccolo area. What a treat! We even extended our stay, and the hotel was able to keep us in the same room. 「Very clean in an excellent location. Views were awesome. Must thank the receptionist. He recommended a restaurant for dinner wich we went. I left my passport at the restaurant and they called the receptionist who was able to retreive it! Uff that was a close one!」

「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」
