「The resort was nice staff was friendly , I only had one bad experience with one staff who was the bartender at the bar near the pool and restaurant he was not friendly and rude. However I loved Maria who was the waitress at Azure she made my night perfect with her friendly sweet and respectful attitude. Edward at the smoothie and justice bar was great nice & helpful! Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. Beach pool hotel was cleaned and smelled good Our room was cleaned...

「I liked the Royal Sonesta Hotel for its location on the beach, cleanliness, polite staff and overall, just a beautiful hotel. What I did not like was their parking which is across the street and there is no stop light or stop sign for pedestrians to cross the street to get to the parking lot. 」

「Great property in a convenient area. It's near a Walgreens, Starbucks and a few steps from the beach. The onsite restaurant is good and there is a great bakery sandwich shop next door. I recommend.」
