"Hotel is well located to lots of great restaurants and has great amenities "

"The poolside seating is comfy. It’s nice. The outdoor space is good considering it’s in a business district area. I think that the room was OK. The bed was clean. However there was some streaks running down the door little touches that could’ve been better. Overall, staff were nice however there was one discrepancy. I arrived earlier, so I was prepared to sit in the lobby until my room was ready. One of the young ladies asked, I assumed the desk manager if there were any rooms available, she looked at me and then looked at her and said no, not right now and walked away. The young lady went on break so the manager covered her approximately 30 minutes after our exchange there were several men that walked in and she immediately gave them a room. Very disappointing. I return to the desk and ask the young man for a room and he provided me one directly after that"

"Our room was not clean. There were all of these hidden fees when we arrived. When I booked on Expedia it claimed all fees were included but when I arrived we were charged 45 dollars a day for parking and had to sounds minimum of 20 dollars a day at the hotel. This was not disclosed prior. I was over all very disappointed with our stay and will not return and don’t recommend the hotel. "
