“Que des chaînes espagnols pas de YouTube ni Netflix, chambre poussiéreuse, presque personne ne parle anglais dans un hôtel.. Porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas. Bruit d’une lumière dans le halle devant notre porte qui clignoter et fesait du bruit toute la nuit. Suite à plus de 200€ la nuit je rapel, tout est payant dans le mini bar pas de bagagiste, pas de volet sur les fenêtres donc lumiere a partir de 7h tous le monde debout. Oubliez les graces mat.”

“Hotel is located in town center, about 15- 20 mins walk from pier. Everything of the hotel is just OK, people may have higher expectation because it is a Parador. And service is poor, I was treated rudely when a staff delivered a hot water to my room (There was no kettle in room). ”

“The room was nice and clean. Except a big complain about the shower. The shower head was leaking all over and spraying water all over. Another major drawback for me is the situation with getting an iron and an iron board. Couldn’t believe that the entire hotel had only 1 iron and board. I had to ask couple of times and finally got one on end of second day of my stay that too just the iron and not the board. Bizarre. The dinner in the evening was ok nothing great but very highly priced compared……

“La struttura è in una posizione invidiabile ma era in ristrutturazione. Niente aria condizionata (abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta che dava sulla strada centrale), niente garage (ho dovuto pagare un garage privato per la moto), niente colazione. Praticamente una delusione. La ragazza alla reception non sapeva come scusarsi. Mi sarei aspettato uno sconto, un bonus colazione , un check out ritardato ma niente di niente.”

“We spent one night in this hotel. my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. Several issues contributed to this negative experience: • The room was not properly maintained: the laundry was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor • The furniture was old and worn, which diminished the overall comfort and appearance of the room. • We paid 170 euros for a quadruple room, and according to your website this rate……
