“Get in to the property was terrible they gave me like 7 code that did not work and I had to speak to four different people to just try to get in the building and had to download two different app finally got in to the property around 11:30pm and we arrived there at 5pm but once we finally got in the place was very clean the only thing that was wrong was the shower not putting out enough water pressure you had to almost be against the wall to be under the water but other then that it was a……

“ The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The place was gorgeous!!! The only downfall was that the elevators in the parking garage did not work. And the other elevators ran slow at some point of the day. Overall my visit was exceptional. I absolutely love this place.”

“Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
