“The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf)……

“Very good experience and the hotel crew are very friendly ”

“My husband and I had such a wonderful stay & what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their warmth, attentiveness & genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. ❤️ Rozel - was absolutely amazing! She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or inquiries, making everything smooth & stress-free. ☕🍹 Marty - made our mornings and relaxing moments extra special, from our coffee and tea to our beverages and cocktails. His service……

“Front desk staff was very helpful.”

“It is ok to stay for one or two days. A big cockroach was found in the toilet. The owner was not present on the top roof when I check out and so I had to wait for a long time. Last, hotel.com provides the wrong location of the inn on the map in their website”

“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”
