“This is a great hostel. Very clean, right on the beach, incredible service. It did get rowdy at night, but was not a trashy vibe at all - fine if you were not trying to party. We are a couple in our 30s and enjoyed ourselves.”

“We are so thrilled by everything! Magnus, the owner went out of his way to look after us. We were a day late due to flight being delayed and couldn’t make the connection flight. We extended our stay to 5 nights ( instead of 2) because we absolutely loved the place Rooms are great, clean and only a couple of minutes tricycle drive from the lovely Nacpan beach. Mattress on the bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is great…with fresh coffee! Yoghurt, fresh breads, omelettes, bacon,……

“nice place at Bucana Beach, perfect for those who like it quiet and away from the huzzle and buzzle of El Nido. The cabins are basic but cozy, each has a fan and mosquito nets. The owners are very friendly and helpful.”

“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

“The resort exceeded my expectations. They’re affordable and customer service was outstanding. They meet you at the airport and take care of all the logistics in getting you to the resort. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. The beach was right in-front of my room. Very quiet, serene, and loads of water activities to do. They also have options for Island hopping. If you are going to Palawan this should be the #1 consideration.”

“The owner moved us to his aother hotel named JM Pension because a guest was sick and stayed in the room of Novie's for a few more days. JM Pension is next to Novie's. Price is the same, deco average, clean, small but with a balcony. What satisfies me most are the hotel staff, especially Ems, she is super nice and helpful and friendly! The only con is every morning the roosters wake you up at about 5. And there are too many of them. Guess there might be less of them in the town.”

“I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying……

“Helt forfærdeligt. Det eneste positive var beliggenheden og personalet var søde. Rengøringen var ikke eksisterende. Vi tog en vådserviet over gulvet og den blev sort. Der lå et beskidt håndklæde på gulvet til fødderne, det var fint for gulvet kunne være glat, men det ville være rart med et rent og nyt håndklæde. Der kravlede dyr på væggen. Der stank af kloak. Mega meget støj, det lød som om der ikke var et vindue. Billederne når man booker er slet ikke sigende til virkeligheden, så vi blev meget……
