“The staff was really nice as other travelers' reports. However, the accommodation was disappointing. There was no chair in the room. You know, everyone get dirty and dusty after a tour in El Nido. You don't offer a chair, now that visitors can not help but sit on the floor or the bed. The towels were yellowish. The stream of tap water was very unsteady. One should repeatedly ask the kind staff to adjust it. After the adjustment, the stream might be strong enough......for a while. There……

“The location was great. However they double booked our room! We reserved the pyramid, and 30 min away from the property I get a phone call saying that my room was not avaliable. They upgraded to a villa for the 1st night which was excellent but the next two days we got stuck with an apartment which was really nothing special. The whole Idea for staying here was for a new experience, so ending up in an apartment was very disappointing. ”

We woke every morning to the water view & breakfast on the balcony. We relaxed on the beach, kayaked & snorkeled with provided items. Drinks at sunset with a beautiful dinner set up on the beach was included. 1000/10 recommend to unwind. Perfect honeymoon getaway.”

“The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper……
