“I was surprised that we did not get any daily room cleaning service. One morning the cafe was closed Because an employee failed to show up for work. They did offer us compensation with free continental breakfast and compensation at the restaurant. Sean bent over backwards in apologizing to us. ”

“Nice, modern and elegant hotel in very good condition and beautiful grounds. Conveniently located when visiting UVA campus.
Could be improved: restauration options. Diner and breakfast options were limited and costly.
Parking was valet only and expensive. ”

“Great location, minutes walk distance to UVA and several restaurants. Very nice hotel owner and her dog. Cozy room and comfortable king bed. Excellent homemade breakfast. We’ll come back! Strong recommend to others. ”
