“Really liked the location and quality of the hotel! Loads of green areas around for walks, kids go run around and kick about! The hotel is expansive, very generous rooms and decent food! Not much variety on the menu in the restaurant and including breakfast if you don’t eat pork you have limited options The only point of improvement would be restaurant service, we waited for over an hour for our dinner and having a toddler and a new born it wasn’t a good experience we saw many tables served……

“Must have been a beautiful hotel in its day but now it’s very tired, no staff, no working lift, or working aircon, lightbulbs blown. Such a shame really because the location is ideal and there’s a cheap carpark around the corner”

“地點位置是完美的，步行一分鐘便到電車站，位於市中心，附近有中超。房間內提供礦泉水，好飲。房間內有熨斗，風筒。但廁所紙質十分薄，清潔房間後員工又忙了提供浴室地布，令到廁所地下濕透。”

“非常好的周末休闲地。有诸多的休闲活动。服务非常好，早餐在英国酒店里算是不错了，至少有水果。这是第二次住了，下次到Grantham还会再选择这个酒店。”

“酒店非常好，設施佈置很細心，位置是靜中帶旺，員工十分友善，距離 old market town 電車站大約步行十分鐘,附近有很多 cafe 及餐廳。”
