「Waited in line about 25 minutes to check in with my kids – the men behind me were cursing up a storm in line. Finally got up to the front of the line and was checked in by the general manager, who didn’t even greet me or say one word other than to ask for my ID and then hand me the keys to the room.Fountain in front of the property is green and it smells like a sewage plant. Therefore, when trying to relax by the pool, directly behind said fountain, that is also the smell that you get....

「Overall the place was beautiful and I loved my first room but unfortunately the ac was not working properly n the technician wasn’t able to fix it so we were moved to another room which was much smaller n less comfortable and also had an air conditioning problem because at that point it apparently was a hotel wide issue so it was very hard to sleep because it was stuffy in the rooms」
