“I am delighted to offer the top rating because of many reasons. They gave my request for room allocation their full consideration. I slept very well, thanks to them. I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of……

“They didn’t arranged my room on time, I waited in the lobby for around an hour. So they offered me free breakfast for the next morning. Both my room and the swimming pool was clean, the bathroom was really nice. All the staffs were very kind, if they didn’t put the hairdryer inside the room, feel free to ask. The breakfast was great and delicious, they provided many different foods for customers to choose.”

“Overall, my stay for a business trip was decent, and being so close to Aeon Mall was a bonus. Surprisingly, there was no hair dryer in the room. You had to call the front desk to get one, and when it finally arrived, it was outdated, super slow, and way too noisy. Also, no extendable makeup mirror, which feels like a pretty standard amenity these days. Just a couple of basics that were missing, which could’ve made the stay smoother and more efficient.”

“This hotel is near the station Batu Ceper, it takes about 15 mins walk from the station to the hotel! They also provide airport shuttle services! It was very comfortable and convenient to stay here one night before flight!!”

“空間寬敞、環境舒適，最重要的是地點非常便利。可以盡情的逛街購物，過個街口就回到酒店！自助式早餐種類雖然不是我吃過最多樣選擇的，但每樣餐點口味都不錯，用餐環境也很舒適。唯一的缺點是wifi速度不穩定，這點很麻煩。”
