「My stay at the Thompson was great, however, i was incredibly disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed was. I'f i'm paying $600 for a room, the bed better be top notch. Instead it felt like a dorm room bed. Stiff with zero comfort. 」

「Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. 」
