“Le plus gros point fort de l'hôtel, ce sont ses piscines avec vagues et toboggans, vraiment adaptées pour les enfants au niveau de la profondeur, avec maître-nageur dans chacune. Par contre, c'est un hôtel vraiment vieillissant, à peine rafraîchi. L'aire de jeux pour les enfants est vraiment sous-dimensionnée par rapport au nombre d'enfants présents dans l'hôtel et le club enfants ne donne vraiment pas envie. Niveau nourriture, il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant avec des plats relativement variés,……

“Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie, zwei Erwachsene zwei Kinder sechs und sieben Jahre. Unser Zimmer war super es war aufgeteilt in zwei Räumen und zwei Bäder. Es gab also einen Kinder und ein Erwachsenenbereich alles klimatisiert mit Kühlschrank. Unser Zimmer war so zentral, dass wir sowohl zum Meer zum Pool und zum Main Restaurant Kurze Wege hatten. Der Kinderclub war auch nicht weit unsere Kinder hatten aber keine Interesse daran. Viele deutsche sind hier immer reichlich essen und Trinken. Das……

“A compliment to the people at the front desk and at the bar, they were really friendly and helpful. the hotel all in all was not so bad but not up to 4.5 stars standard. The prize of the hotel are very high. They need to do some improvement. Like at the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The food quality was quite poor. the pool and the beach were a pretty nice. ”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, right by old town shops and restaurants as well as easy access to ferrys and buses. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They arranged for us to have transport to the Therma Beach when we were unable to get there any other way. The breakfasts were diverse and fresh. We would happily stay there again the next time we are in Kos”

“Kamers waren armoedig. Heel gehorig, de buren zijn te horen en veel lawaai van de gang. Ontbijtbuffet is elke dag hetzelfde, vooral gericht op Britse en duitse keuken, weinig echt Grieks. Personeel komt niet heel vriendelijk over. Als je niet all inclusive bent gooien ze je pasje nog net niet naar je toe. Zwembaden waren erg koud. En voor de strandbedjes moet je 10 euro bij betalen. Tegenvaller.. Je kan wel heel makkelijk parkeren bij het hotel en stad Kos is op loopafstand. ”

“This is the second time we have stayed and absolutely love it. There is always space for improvement in anything and as a very up market all inclusive, and the cost which is appropriate, not including certain drinks within the all inclusive package is a mistake and doesn’t feel very welcoming. Aperol spritz etc. in addition, when asking for a bottle of wine for the room is a reasonable request, not being allowed and having to make repeat trips back to the bar doesn’t sit sometimes as well and……
