“Maintenace issue, such as plumbing and thre shower head ( there was a crack on the neck of the shower hose and the head was disassembled when I opened the water), stains on curtains and the bed spread...etc. Great location, floor was clean, and the staff was good. The bed was firm and I liked it.”

“Exceptional level of service. Exceptional breakfast. Having snacks available in the shared areas in the evening was a great plus. Value for money was outstanding, for example the sauna and pool. Location perfect for exploring Lecce on foot or Sarento by car.”

Éramos 3 e o quarto tinha 2 andares, e a pessoa que ficou na parte de cima tinha que subir e descer constantemente para poder usar o banheiro. Além disso, o local onde ficava o chuveiro não era de fácil acessibilidade pois ficava dentro de uma banheira que estava no nível abaixo ao nível do piso.”

“Although the structure was about an 18 minute walk to the centre of Historic Lecce, we chose this hotel for a one week stay because it was very historical and beautiful. Starting from the reception staff to the breakfast staff they were very obliging and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was kept up to date with ample food by Katia and her colleagues to make sure nothing was missing. An employee, Antonio, went beyond his regular duties to……

“I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!”
