“Excellent 2 night stay here with my Husband. It was at the end of our road trip in Albania and was perfect. Great location, just short walk away from the square. We didn’t actually use any of the other hotel facilities as we were out a lot but overall clean hotel, nice big room and pleasant cleaning staff. Would recommend to anyone going to Tirana.”

“I had a really great stay , newly built hotel, very clean, helpful staff, spacious rooms. However, it is slightly far from the town centre but they provide hotel transport at cheap price. Regarding breakfast some more varieties would be better. Overall I would really recommend this hotel.”

“Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a real buzz about the place. Unfortunately during my stay there was a technical issue with the room keys and they couldn’t find the master key to let me in. I was locked out of my room overnight and put in another room with no windows, no tv and no access to my toothbrush, clothes etc. On complaining on checkout the management weren’t interested and suggested I email my complaint when I returned home. Disappointing problem and service”

“The wifi did not work for longer than ten seconds unless I left the network and hopped back on it again. For someone who works remotely, this was awful. I barely got any work done. You can't turn on the jets in the hot tub without tapping on the glass and motioning for the employees to turn it on for you. The dry sauna was not hot enough and the mixture for the hot stones was not good, it made our eyes sting so much we had to leave the room. I asked specifically if I could use the spa during……

“It was easy to check-in into the place as communication with the owner was quick. Even when I realised the hair dryer was taken, they were quick to replace the next day. The location is close to the landmarks in Tirana so we could easily walk to and from our place, whilst so many dining options and shops around. The ac was quite good and the room was clean before we got there. Minor improvement would be having extra mirrors particular for our room as we had a few girls doing makeup.”

“The online check in information is clear and efficient. One small drawback is that the provider of bed sheet for covering for sleeping is not that comfortable.”
