"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "Our room did not have a mini fridge, and the shower water never got hot. The restaurant had good food, but the service was unpredicatable (excellent once, and awful the next time). The elevator was extremely slow to arrive. Also had to pay for valet because hotel parking for free was basically non-existent. "
