“There was only one working eleavator to the room floors. My check-in was not the best. My first room was not what I reserved, then the second room the door wouldn't open due to a dead battery and the front desk clerk expected me to wait while they got someone to fix the issue (not acceptable at all). I let her know that was not acceptable and though she wasn't forthcoming about getting me another room, I let her know I would not accept waiting and I wanted another room. Finally the third room……

“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.”

“Wonderful hotel from check in experience to check out! Staff was very nice and the room was wonderful! ”

“I was very impressed with how genuinely nice the staff were- from the front desk staff engaging in conversation, to the hotel maintenance staff being courteous as we got on the elevator. They were all very customer service oriented and while it was just a little thing, it went a long way with initial impressions. My family and I will be back next time we come to watch the Padres beat the Nationals:)”
