「We never had this bad experience before! Thanks for East Perth Suites gave us this disappointing experience in Perth! Firstly, we emailed to reserve self paid the covered car park during our stay but they just confirmed us well reserved but didn’t arrange for us finally! Also they closed the reception early during the Xmas date but without email us before, didn’t sent email about the password for entry Hotel and drop box for collect the key! Totally made us feel so confused and waited outside...

「The hotel did not match with the description provided. There are photos of gym on the websites, both Expedia and their own website. However, gym is not available at the hotel. If there is no such facility, they should remove any related photos instead of leaving them here to mislead customers. Besides, the housekeeping service was not satisfying. They do not provide any service at weekends. The front desk said we need to inform them ahead if we want their service. But the point is that they...

「Breakfast a bright spot, rooms are quite outdated with no international power socket, elevator key card doesn't work every time, gym equipment not quite sufficient.」

「Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler 」

「Breakfast was great as always. I love it. The breakfast service was great as well. But front desk, at 9/12, ignored me and let me struggled by their app for about 5 minutes…but still all good. Sometimes the bar at ground floor make loud noises…」

「Staff are nice ! Room is good.」
