“Our stay at this hotel was completely ruined by the shocking customer service we received. After housekeeping entered our room, a valuable necklace we had safely stored in a hidden bag disappeared. “I stayed here with my daughters and we had a wonderful time! The hotel was really lovely, great layout and facilities and all very clean. The staff were very helpful, warm and friendly.
