“The hotel is a very good hotel and is definitely worthy of 5 stars. The food quality was excellent and one of the best iv experienced. Drinks also are very premium on the elevated bliss option. One thing that lets this property down, is that we struggled to book the premium restaurants, my advice to anyone going would be to contact the hotel prior to going to get some bookings. “I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line!
