“Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive.……

“Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.”

“The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this place”

“NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT VIEWS, FACILITIES AND SERVICES.”

This hotel offers exceptional value for money! I had a great stay—the environment was excellent, and the service was truly top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. My clothes weren’t dry after washing, and they kindly dried them for me for free, folded them neatly, and delivered them to me. Five stars and the highest praise for this hotel!”

“good”

“I had such a lovely stay here during my visit to Gstaad! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain village. I was travelling on my own and felt very comfortable and at ease. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! I would happily return and recommend it to anyone planning a visit.”

“The apartment is very comfortable and the private spa is fantastic ”
