"Room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. We didn’t have any extra toilet paper. When we call the housekeeping and front desk, no one answers the phone. Valet wasn’t friendly either. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Awakened to a comforter normally covered in a clean bedsheet that had excrement and other stains on it. It was truly disgusting. Just because you put a clean sheet on the comforter doesn't make it sanitary. Gross"

"The room was clean but had a slight musty odor. The front desk staff was outstanding but the valet staff was not impressive at all. They did not help me with my luggage. They weren’t very friendly or helpful. The food was excellent! And so was the bar. For the nightly cost, this hotel is OK, the front desk staff made my experience Good overall. I would rate 7.5/10"

"had a glitch @ check in where no rooms were clean. the two wonderful ladies working check in were spot on and were able to get the situation corrected in a timely fashion. "

"The showers don’t have warm water everything else was good house keeping comes everyday to take any trash and gives you new towels"

"Great hotel located downtown close to all west Dallas for easy access to midtown. Breakfast is delicious and the supper is great too with wonderful room service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and made a cozy one day stay."
