The interiors and finishes are beautiful, and the room was incredibly spacious, especially the bathroom, which featured a stunning freestanding copper bath. The customer service from Maddison and the rest of the team was excellent; everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. "

"What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Mina, Brooke, Emma, Andrea are just some of the names. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from a very worrying and stressful time. We are truly grateful."
