“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Great and cozy stay for our family of four. We enjoyed the beach cart, chairs and umbrella all to use for free to take to the beach.”

“The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything at our fingertips and were happy throughout our entire stay. The place was always immaculately cleaned and in order. The resort was family friendly but quiet and relaxing. The beach access was private and perfect. Thank you everyone at this resort love you guys!”

“This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. That may be fine for some guests, but my 80-year-old grandmother was unable to manage them. The final straw was at……

“We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was beachfront and right next to the pool as well. We had fun going from the beach to the pool and could easily run back to the room when we needed to. The unit was clean, spacious, and well cared for. Virginia was attentive and helpful. We would definitely return!”

“Apartment was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Location was great! Pool was fabulous, we almost had it to ourselves every day. Staff was very helpful when we needed something. Lots of walking space for your pet. Felt like a very safe community. My only complaint was that the carpet/flooring needs to be updated, and a fresh coat of paint would give it another star in my rating. But even with that I would definitely recommend this place and probably will rent again.”
