"Perfect customer service. "

"We loved our stay here, great location by the trees and a river. Hot tubs were great and scored big with the teenagers! Only negatives were the breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired - not a lot of variety, no hot foods, not much protein. Also, they have firepits for roasting smores but you have to pay $5 for a kit that makes 2! If we had known that we would have brought our own makings. For those reasons they receive a 4 out of 5 stars - would have been 5 if the breakfast wasn't...

"Pros: Property is beautiful and well kept. Everything you could possibly need and if you need anything else the staff is right on it. The elevator in the Honeysuckle building was a great plus! Cons: Constant noise from the golf carts, no transportation from pool to your condo so you have to get back in your car soaking wet. Overall: If we ever came back to Branson we would stay again."

"I traveled with my wife and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone and so much stuff for the kids to do, that we will have to come back again."

"We liked the lake access with free paddle boards, kayaking, aqua-cycles, and jet ski rentals. The shuttle bus to Silver Dollar City is convienient. We did not like there's no Tiki Bars but you can bring your own alcohol. There is a super chill outside bar on the property. Coffee pots are provided but not coffee. There's no room service but there is a really good pizza place and severa food trucks on the property."

"Decent overall stay. Nice updated room. It was nice having the kitchen and dining table. Also the washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Rooms were adjoined to another unit and you could hear the folks next door. Also, grounds were okay but cob/spider webs and debris on siding of the building. "

"I absolutely loved the stay at Oak Ridge, we are already planning to stay again next summer. It was quiet, kids had their own space in the bedroom and i slept on the pull out couch, my only complaint is there was no pillows provided in the room for the pullout and I don't like to bother anyone to ask. They should have already been there with the sheets and blanket."

"The Presley Penthouse was wonderful. It was a fun place to spend our vacation in Branson. Conveniently located. Little disappointed that the description offered two bathrooms, but it was 1 bathroom and the other was 1 toilet room. The juke box didn't work, but it was still fun to see the lights on. Breakfast was simple, but the service was wonderful. Robin checked us in and she was absolutely wonderful. She offered and gave us help with all our needs. One thing that was a little troubling...

"If you want or need more space to relax in than a hotel room, this is the place to stay! So much extra attention to details! Gated resort away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but easy access to Silver Dollar City (against traffic) and other main roads. Super clean (I felt ok walking barefoot everywhere), and despite several allergies in our family, we did not have any issues. So nice to give one room to the teenagers and the other to the adults. Beds and couches were comfortable,...
