“The chef and the floor staff in the hotel restaurant should be complimented on their food, appearance and attention to detail. Just amazing keep up the fabulous work. The bar and lobby entrance sharp and sophisticated , I must say a special mention to the front bar with view over the bay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. “Glencruitten house is one of those special places. Immaculately presented accommodation, helpful staff and lovely food. The grounds are breathtaking, and the quirkiness of the woods, friendly chickens, peacocks and alpacas make this a place I will re-visit.”

“The bed and breakfast was delightful. We had a fourth floor room with amazing views of the harbor. The place was decorated well and was very welcoming. They provided separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash unlike the other places in Scotland where we stayed. The gal that was working was so nice and helpful. Our room was quite spacious and decorated nicely. The bathroom was huge with a large shower and a large soaking tub. Bed was comfortable and roomy not just a double. It was close enough……

“just a lovely place to be for one night”

“This was a wonderful stay, especially if you wanted to be back away from the crowded areas. My map app took me to the wrong side, but theres a little sign up, so you at least know you're near the right place. Oh, and James might tease you a bit ;) But then was very happy to give recommendations and show me where the clothes drying rack was”

“Floor in the kitchen had major buckling a trip hazard. They needed to leave a booklet or something with directions with the Wi-Fi passcode and everything felt like we had to text. Wait for answers. We never got the pre-instructions before we got there. That was a hassle. ”
