「The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!」

「该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。」

The reception staff were so kind & accommodating of my every need; the continental breakfast & the contents of the mini-fridge were complimentary & thoughtfully attractive as well. This little gem is wonderfully situated for those wanting an air-conditioned property near the cruise docks. 」
