I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of……

“They didn’t arranged my room on time, I waited in the lobby for around an hour. So they offered me free breakfast for the next morning. Both my room and the swimming pool was clean, the bathroom was really nice. All the staffs were very kind, if they didn’t put the hairdryer inside the room, feel free to ask. The breakfast was great and delicious, they provided many different foods for customers to choose.”
