“This was the first time we used VRBO at the Angel Fire Resort. It was not the usual VRBO experience with the owners.
This was a property that was run by the resort property manager. We had to go to a different site to check-in and out.
We were given directions to the property, but the manager knew little to nothing about the actual property when asked about specifics.
The property was undergoing construction during our stay (this was not disclosed, even when we were checking in) and as such,……
