But staff are lacking in English and bit difficult to communicate and also, they pretend not listening most times. May be good for local people but not for international travellers"

"My credit card was charged for the booking although I have selected paying cash at the hotel. At the hotel, the hotel receptionist insisted that I should pay cash even though I showed her my credit card statement that the hotel has already charged me on my credit card. She said I would get the refund for the booking the next day on my credit card - and it never happened even after a week. At first, the hotel didn't even print a bill for my cash payment, but I insisted and they gave me a bill...
