「What a delightful stay! 🏖️ The beachfront was absolutely stunning with plenty of umbrellas and comfy sunbeds. The staff were incredibly friendly and their service was truly exceptional. The beautiful, well-kept gardens really added to the charm. 🌳 A fantastic value for the money

「The hotel was clean and tidy and the majority of the staff were friendly. Positives the food was good , the pool was clean , the pavilions you could hire made the holiday that little bit more special. The gym was good (some machines were well worn). The only downside I would say about the resort is the constant selling of products when you were at your sunbed, first the spa people trying to sell a massage , followed by a person trying to sell a shopping expedition, followed by one of the reps...

「I booked a holiday through Expedia, explicitly sold and confirmed as an "Ultra All Inclusive" (UAI) package. Upon arrival at the hotel, the resort management informed us that they do not offer UAI and only operate on a standard All Inclusive basis (no imported drinks or UAI perks as advertised).
