Das Frühstück im Hotel wird frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet, Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und die Zimmer modern und sauber. 「喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。」

「Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!」

「Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax」

「Wir waren total begeistert. Alles war perfekt, sauber, das Essen war toll, das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Flughafen Chania ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Mietauto, Bus, Taxi - alles vom Hotel aus buchbar. 」
