“酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。”

“The Suite was very nice and luxurious with lots of towels and amenities that we needed. Very calming with a great view. The service was amazing, always on time fresh breakfast. They even brought me a special salsa as requested. They also did laundry daily as needed especialy with all the water activities and rain. I highly recommended this hotel, we will be coming back. Make sure to book a 4x4, its agood drive up hill, but definitely worth it! ”

“Communication was grudging at best, there was no one there to receive us and no information folder. In consequence, we did not have the front door code or the lock box code to get the beach club cards until hours after we arrived and I had bullied the driver that picked us up at the airport into helping me. Bob was great! The property is amazing and we enjoyed it tremendously. The area has lots of restaurants and convenient shopping. Rent a golf cart, it made our lives so easy!”
