“I was asked before I left. What was my feedback of the property and I literally could not provide any negative feedback. I think the staff was extremely helpful. We traveled by Uber to Baru and the concierge was mindful to take a picture of the license, get the driver’s number and was attentive every step of the way. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I did not care for my dinner, however, everything else was a plus. I would recommend going out for dinner.”

“Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. ”

“I appreciated that this wasn’t a typical hotel full of people. It is housed on one floor…maybe two. There is 24/7 security at the front door. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had a nice size shower. And the balcony gave the best views of the Clock Tower. You heard music all night and all day - that just speaks to the culture in Cartagena. I had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony…and that’s where I spent most of my free time. Soaking up the sun and relaxing. The……

“Stunning property but ”

“Very disappointing stay at Casa de Alba, especially for the price (over $1,000). We stayed from Friday to Monday, and our room had plumbing issues the entire time. The toilet was leaking from day one, and although we reported it immediately, it was not properly fixed. At one point, water from the bathroom leaked into the suite, and we were left without access to our room and bathroom for several hours while repairs were attempted. Even after that, the issue persisted—by our last day, the toilet……
