“The hotel and amenities are great after 3pm the day parties ends and the 6 rooms that are on the resort become quiet and you get to relax the rest of the evening. It is not a party location after 3pm.the staff is amazing and very attentive and welcoming.”

“I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. Beyond the physical issues and overall quality, what stood out most was the complete lack of hospitality, professionalism, and concern for guests. “Top notch facility, clean, outstanding views, very gracious staff and 100% secure. I got one of the VIP rooms with 2 beds and baths. Picture perfect sunsets. There is a beautiful view of the city from the rear where the door and walkway are, and there is a small soccer field down below where you can take in all levels of games from 8am-11pm with food and refreshments. I advise to not venture too far back there for your safety, however, but the walled city is just a 15 minute walk or 5 min Uber……
