「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, auf Wunsch wird man auch mit einem Golfwagen angeholt und zum Restaurant/Pool/Strand gefahren. Obwohl alles in 1 min erreichbar ist. Wasser klar, Strand phänomenal, alle möglichen Wassersportarten möglich. Generell top! Aber hat seinen Preis. Drink ab 30.-, Abendessen ab 200.- und Weinflasche ab 1500.- aber es lohnt sich!! 」

「Fridge was noisy buzzing all night long - so we couldn't sleep. We complained in the reception the next morning. They sent a technician who didn't fix it proberbly. So we just turned it off for the rest of our stay. Didn't have anything cold to drink then. We should've had a new room/ apartment insteed of this but we didn't want to complain anymore. 「Nice hotel with lovely pool area and views over the harbour. The walk in to town is not very pleasant and so you need a car to access town and surrounding areas so consider this in your planning. We only had the breakfast in the hotel which was excellent. We also did the hotel organised boat trip on Dolce Vita which was outstanding and I highly recommend. Overall the hotel is a bit run down in the common areas etc but the pool area is lovely. 」

「This property is very well located with superb views of the see and coast line. It is very clean and well kept. The restaurant is nicely laid out with an amazing view from most of the tables, inside and on its outside terrasse. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are spacious and very well cleaned twice every day. The pool area, although small, is wonderful and also has amazing views.
