The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We could walk to checkpoint Charlie. When we arrived there was a Christmas market where you could have mushrooms, sausages and beer. Next to the hotel was Potsdamer Platz Arkaden. A large shopping mall and a major subway station. From there you could go to all the major site seeing spots . Lady but not least the hotel was a super luxurious hotel with very courteous staff and service.

Having booked for four nights in a row, we think the hotel should consider upgrading us for free to a better room as other hotels usually would have offered as a courtesy. Both restaurants are fantastic. Water spill problem happens in the bathroom right outside the bath. The PC in the room is pretty slow.

Lovely and spacious room but breakfast overpriced. Otherwise location first class, hardware top notch except for one lift door which needs attention, service is efficient but shortage of labour is obvious. Location can’t be more central yet away from the noise and hassle of the main hub. We would not hesitate to return.

The locationnis good & concenience with U Bahn, supermaket nearby. Hotel staff is very polite & helpful also response to my request of change room with bath tube very quickly. The communication among them is also good so no delay or repeated myself during the process.
