「It was great to park by the door. The area was safe and well lit. The room wad spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you needed. The check-in and check-out staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others」

「Adorable little cottage perfect for 1-2. I was traveling alone (44, f) and felt safe and comfortable. Very clean and impeccably updated and decorated. Would stay again if I’m ever in Joplin.」

「The Staff was polite, courteous, and very friendly. When I had a few concerning issues. They were quick to respond and resolved it in a timely matter. The room overall was nice and clean. It had everything I needed to make my time comfortable. The free breakfast was good. It had different options for you to choose from. I would stay here again when I plan to revisit Joplin, MO. in the near future. 」

「Good customer service. Coffee available around the clock, though sometimes not hot. We did have some noisy patrons above us but not the fault of the hotel as I did not mention until night 2. Very pleased with stay. Highly recommend. Clean and comfortable. 」
