"We booked a king got a full that sucked our room was very small but okay to use for one night"

"The room was clean, but missing a chair, elevator and pool were both out of order, so had to climb stairs with a bad knee. Staff was friendly but did not offer any discount for the inconvenience. Breakfast buffet was very good. "

"Overall it was a mediocre hotel doing the best with what it has: Pros: room design was good for parents and an adult child. Convenience of a shuttle was very good to have. Staff greeted us with a smile. Cons: seems understaffed as we had to go fetch our own bedding for the sofa bed. Beds were not great. Queen bed was closer to a full size and sofa bed was like sleeping in a Great Depression. The hotel was generally grubby and really needed a detail cleaning. It really needs an upgrade to do away with the cracked tiles, old carpet and cheap dingy towels."

"The second we got there the glass on the main entry door was shattered. The room had a horrible smell. We were there for a concert so EVERYTHING else was sold out. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached so it pinched us every time we used it. The drawer on the end table fell off when we tried to open it. Didn’t enjoy our stay at all"

"What looked like blood stains on the floor. I booked a handicapped accessibility room, i got a room that was so small that no wheelchair could've fit and a tub that i as a prosthetic wearing person couldn't use due to its height and lack of shower chair. The tv didn't work and the bed was the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on in my 49 years of life and ive slept on the floor. "
