Perfectly serviceable hotel for a one night stay in Indy. Felt safe and seen here as a female solo traveler, which is always a plus. The staff were very receptive to an issue I had with my door key, going as far as to check the lock with me. Property is in need of some maintenance (the second floor laundry room and rear of the front desk were begging for a fresh coat of paint) but the room itself was clean and quiet. Very satisfied, would stay here again.

the rooms smell bad, the TV, fridge, ligths, and electric port do not work in the room just the bedroom and the entery working. You can see mold in the selling.

We originally intended on staying two nights but shortened it to one because of the overall condition of the room. Mold in the bathroom, trash under the end tables/desk etc. Every time we left our room our keycard would reset, so we’d have to go back down to the desk to have it reprogrammed. The staff was very accommodating but told us “we’ve told the owner about this problem and they won’t fix it”. Had to have it reprogrammed 4 times in a one night stay. Cut our visit short. I would not recommend staying here.

Bed was nice and comfortable, but the furniture was disgusting. Old and stained sofa. Fan in bathroom way too noisy. Breakfast was very weak. Would not stay there again.

Very run down. The room I stayed in had two televisions and neither would receive signal so could not watch TV. Breakfast was cold & room was not very clean. Noticed clump of hair on the bathroom floor first time I went in the bathroom.

The staff was the best part of our stay, especially Kevin who always greeted us with a smile and took care of any needs we had. My biggest complaint would be the loud pounding we heard all night and all morning. Not sure if it was the guest above us or people using the stairs, but it was awful. Also had to change plans and leave a night early Still waiting for a manager to approve refund of one nights stay. Overall rooms were clean. One of our white comforters was more of a yellow which was kind of gross but overall good stay for the price.
