“Coffee decent, no protein other than peanut butter only cereal and bagels. No tp holder on wall was only on back of toilet. Towel bar was only partially attached to wall. Door not sealed from hallway … light and sound were coming thru edges of door . Bed was comfortable ”

“Place reaked with an unpleasant unknown odor. Only one way in and out. I cannot confirm but possible drug deals in parking lot. Groups of people hanging out in parking lot. Felt very uncomfortable all around. My room was decent sized however very very dirty. My kids would not take a bath in the tub. Possible black mold on ceiling in bathroom.”

“No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of……

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere……

“The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.”

“Very clean and all the staff were so nice made you feel welcome. Check in was the fastet I ever check in a hotel. And she was very friendly. Give her a raise. Def I would book over and over ”
