「The biggest problem for this property is the lack of an elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped taking luggage up the stairs. I returned to the site and there really is no indication of this in the description. I wouldn't have stayed had I known this. Overall the property is what you would expect, fairly clean, quiet and fairly well kept. But the lack of elevator is problematic.」

「The staff were super friendly and this hotel seemed busy so you know they are working hard. I chose this hotel for the price and location and because it featured an indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. Upon arrival I was informed that the outdoor pool was not available nor was the hot tub. Bummer. The indoor pool was a dark shad of blue/green—the same as the outdoor pool. This didn’t look amazing. 「Found leftover items from previous guest in the room. Stains on pillows and burn holes in the bed comforter. Website listed “luxury amenities” like bathrobes to which there were none. Unexpected $50 damage deposit fee, not listed on website. Thankful for the early check in but would not book again.」

「The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. There wasn’t one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled. Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldn’t be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it. First visit and it was really underwhelming...

「We killed a brown recluse spider in the bathroom. They only had 3 towels in the room and no face towels. Had to ask each day I was there for more towels. The bathroom was dirty and had dirty all in the corners. Breakfast was cereal and hard biscuits with sausage. Pancake machine was out of order. Sign advertises best breakfast, but thats a lie! Also the door could be pushed unless. The hinge was broken on it and when mentioned to on duty staff, he said we would need to wait til the morning when...

「This place was hands down the best place we have stayed in. The entire place is spotless! you can see it as you are driving to it. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Over the phone and in person. The gentleman who checked us in, pronounced my last name correctly. That was big for me since in most locations there is no Spanish speaking people.
