Search B&B in 85 St. Forest Parkway Station

"I arrived early. I almost cancelled as the area around the hotel was dirty. But being it was just a one day stay stayed. Entered the lobby lobby had an order and explain what it was. Being I was early Room was not ready so sad in the lobby and waited to be called.. young man at the desk around 1 PM came and said my room was ready. I thought that was very considerable of him. When I got in to the room assigned me I was strangely surprised. The room was so much cleaner and nicer than the lobby store. There were two things that that made an announcement, the young man at a desk and the room addition. So I have to say the property is like a book don’t take it by its cover. So I learned a lesson.."

"The fact they gave my wife and I a key to the wrong room and we walked in on a man naked in his bed at 2am was a horrible experience for us and him. On top of that they refused to provide any accommodations to this major security breach and failure to both partys in the sense of safety and privacy. We got a simple "sory about that" and "reach out to management and they will take care of you". We did and they ignored us after reaching oit several times. I would not recommend this hotel by any means. God knows what could have happened if that key was given to a horrible person. Completely disappointed with the entire experience and hotel and lack of responsibility for a massive fail in customer services."
