"Okay. I have no complaints about the STAFF. Very accommodating and polite. Including harry and Sam. However I have a message for the OWNERS: Please fix your balcony doors as they get stuck and we have to call the front desk to fix it almost all the time. Please fix your WIFI as I had NO WiFi the ENTIRE day yesterday which means NO TV which is part of what you promise. Please fix the white separators on the balconies they are loose and make noise with the wind making it hard to sleep! Please create an actual set up in the lobby by the coffee with actual utensils we can use. (Spoons, forks, knives, cups, tissue) This place has a lot of potential. The employees are the only thing keeping this place going to be honest so be good to them!!! Treat them and pay them well. Otherwise this place would be a dump, regardless of the modern furniture and classical music in the lobby lol "

"Room was barely adequate. Way overpriced dinner buffet and breakfast!"

"The staff especially were all great - friendly and helpful. My son and I were upgraded to a suite when we checked in late on Saturday night!!! I was also allowed to park my car on Saturday before check in, so we could meet family and go into the city first. The suite was roomy, had a small fridge and a coffee maker; beds were very comfy!! Breakfast Sunday was included and was tasty. Very satisfied with this Holiday Inn Express!! Thank you!"
