「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「The receptionist was okay, but not very hospitable. The room is reasonably clean . But the heater keeps clanking all night. There is a strange odor in the fitness room, and the water tank in the fitness room is almost empty. No one was replacing it. The location is within walking distance of the Jamaica station. 」
