「Water was scalding hot at night when I tried to wash my face before bedtime. Could not even get it to be just warm. Was too tired to care but when I got up at 6:30 am to take a shower and get ready for a conference, the shower water was scalding hot. I love a hot shower….but there was literally no way to get into that water. I had to pack up my entire room and move to another room quickly in the morning. I had unpacked and had everything on hangers and it was a rough morning to shove it all back...

「I was here for work and realized that they had put me on the 30th floor which is close to the rooftop bar. I was not aware that they had DJs and the music and bass would run down to my room. The front desk was really nice nad moved me to another room the next day and the noise was completely gone and I could wake up early without any sound issues. The cafe is nice, I just wish there was a restaurant available in the afternoons where I can order a coffee and sit and work. Overall my stay was...

「Good service good staffs! We got early check-in in the morning cos I am a member of Marriott Group. WiFi speed fast. They did very good in details. A lot of USB plugs and surprisingly they hv ionic hair dryer. Good location which is close to subway and train station. 」

「颶風過境造成班機取消在紐約多住一晚，選擇的是兩人房型，價格稍貴CP值不如三人房型，但是服務和居住品質還是很好的。 美中不足：代叫taxi司機是個非常差勁的印度人，一路上一直講電話並且大聲吵架，到機場付費不但不讓刷卡，付現金時明明含小費共計80美元，硬是少找5美元，壞透了！酒店不應該再幫客人安排這樣的taxi!」

「Pro—Very cheerful and helpful desk and housekeeping staff. Convenient to most of the sights we wanted to see in Manhattan. Cons—only two slow, small elevators to serve both guest and housekeeping staff. Only one ice machine for guests and it is located in the cellar, we had to go down and back up 36 floors on slow and usually crowded elevators just to get a bucket of ice. 」
