The room was clean, great size for NY, and the view was my fave. Staff was friendly. I would say my only issue was that our TV wasn’t working the first two nights and then when it did start working — it would buffer and was very slow. Other than that, we had a great stay here.

Audra at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved everything about the hotel except we had no internet and couldn’t use our keyless entry. IT was working on it all week with no luck. The view was stunning. We will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff…though it did give off “we’ve just opened” vibes with troubleshooting for the internet and a desk lamp that didn’t work. Kudos to housekeeping who really went above and beyond.
