“During the afternoon nap, the attendant entered the room without knocking, prepared to check out, took out the wallet in the safe and found that five hundred dollars were missing! It's really scary.”
“It was a rocky start with our adjoining rooms booked through Expedia ( confirm by me directly with the hotel via messenger) not ready
There was a booking issue with the second room, so our family was not able to stay together on the first night. We were in separated rooms.
However, the management did their best at making it up to us with a welcome treat, and also gave us a really good late checkout to line up their flight.

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.
Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.
I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
