"Room/Toilet was not cleaned till late evening inspite of multiple requests/reminders to have it cleaned early in the morning. I was working out of the hotel and it was a terrible sight to see the mess whole day. "

"The room had broken flooring. The showerhead sprayed water all throughout the bathroom floor. No breakfast was provided. They also kept my deposit and I had to contact my bank to receive it back. "

"The breakfast was limited in options but was willing to make accommodations with what they had. The pool was filthy but they did clean it day 3. The gym was pretty good. Overall decent stay outside of the constant heavy walking in the room above me…heavy boots."

"I had a very convenient stay, daily breakfast was fresh although can be varied on daily basis. Overall quite place and pleasant."

"I booked and prepaid for a double queen bed and when I got there they said they were overbooked and only had a king available which didn't fit the amount of people we had staying in the room. "

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. The fact that there are only ice machines on some floors but not others is inconvenient. The restaurant, bar, and market are obscenely overpriced and make airport food look like a bargain (Smart Water was $10; I paid $5 at DFW). The breakfast buffet was mediocre but the waitress was so nice. The beds were comfortable with good pillows and the motion activated floor illumination by your feet is nice. The room chairs are terrible and sized for children. Older and disabled people can’t use them because they are so low to the ground and lack arms. The parking lot needs far more disabled spaces near the entrance. I would stay here again but plan for off site meals and drinks."
