To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. Putzfrauen waren super, Zimmer war sauber. Personal an der poolbar sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Personal im Buffet Restaurant bis auf ein zwei Ausnahmen ständig schlecht gelaunt. This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!

wifi虽然要收费，但在酒店（很大哦）各处都能用，速度也不慢。
圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。
